1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Evelyn AI at evelyn.live, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Evelyn AI is an AI-powered assistant for GoHighLevel CRM users. The service provides AI-generated answers, knowledge base access, and CRM automation assistance.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Subscription and Payment

Evelyn AI offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Evelyn AI to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit harmful content, or attempt to reverse engineer the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Evelyn AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Charlie Lounge Group LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
