Membership types
The affiliate program is automatically included in all three paid plans. The direct commission rate depends on your own membership type.
Direct referral commissions
For every person you refer who stays active, you receive a percentage of their setup fee and every monthly payment.

You have a Visionary plan and refer a colleague to Visionary. They pay a $499 setup fee. You immediately earn $49.90. From day 31 they pay $29/month and you receive $2.90 every month while they remain active. Refer more active members and the recurring monthly commissions gradually add up.
Career ladder
In Charlie Lounge you build two teams, your mentor's team and your own. Each month the one with lower total revenue is tracked. Based on its results you advance in your career and earn rewards. The goal is to help the smaller team grow.

Team revenue bonus
Each month you receive a percentage of your smaller team's total revenue. The higher your career level, the higher the percentage and monthly cap.

You reach Emerald and your smaller team generates $20,000 revenue in the month. Your team bonus is 7% = $1,400. You stay under the $3,000 cap so you receive the full amount. This bonus is added on top of direct commissions and the mentor bonus.
Mentor bonus
The mentor bonus is a separate reward on top of team commissions. You earn it by helping your consultants grow. It reaches up to 4 levels deep in your team. For every team bonus your consultants receive, you get a percentage based on your current career position.

You are at Emerald and your direct consultant at level 1 receives a team bonus of $100. You automatically receive $10 as a mentor bonus with no reduction in their earnings. You also receive 5% from the bonuses of consultants at levels 2, 3 and 4 below you. The mentor bonus is always on top of other rewards.
One time career advancement bonuses
Every time you reach a new career level for the first time, a one time bonus is paid at the start of the following month. Each level counts only once. The advancement bonus is paid only the first time you reach that level.

In January you reach Professional and receive a $60 bonus. In February you advance to Sapphire and receive another $240. The higher the level, the higher the one time bonus when you reach it.
Monthly retention bonuses
If in a given month you don't advance beyond your previous level but maintain your current one, you receive a recurring retention bonus.

In January you reach Diamond for the first time and receive a one time $2,400 bonus. In February you maintain Diamond but don't advance. You receive a recurring $1,200 retention bonus. You receive this every month you maintain Diamond level.
Diamond Pool
Each month 3% of Charlie Lounge's total membership revenue goes into a shared pool. Members at Diamond level and above share this pool according to their number of shares. The higher the level, the more shares.

If Charlie Lounge generates $200,000 in total membership revenue during the month, then 3% = $6,000 goes into the Diamond Pool. In that month, 2 members qualify at Diamond level with 1 share each, and 1 member qualifies at Double Diamond level with 2 shares, for a total of 4 shares. Each share is worth $6,000 ÷ 4 = $1,500. Each Diamond receives $1,500 and the Double Diamond receives $3,000.
